At Pushpay, we strive to deliver the simplest, quickest and best payment experience possible. To do this, we release updates to our platform almost every day. These updates include anything from minor system tweaks, to major functionality releases. We’ve worked hard to ensure that when we make these changes, no one knows, as the platform keeps running the entire time (as you would expect it to). However from time to time we need to make a change that cannot be released without a little bit of disruption. On Wednesday we will be making such a change. This maintenance update will provide some “under the hood” improvements that allow us to serve you better moving forward. This will result in our system being unavailable for use during the time listed below:

Any Pushpay App users attempting to process transactions during this time will see a "System Unavailable" pop-up message. Visitors to the Online Payment or Giving pages will be shown a “System Down for Maintenance message”. We have performed an extensive review of our usage logs to find the timeframe with the least amount of activity, so we don’t anticipate any disruption for your organisation.

We appreciate your patience while we make these system upgrades. Our system will continue to perform optimally, and we will continue to best support your safe and secure payments outside of the aforementioned outage.
